가수 세븐이 새 앨범을 발표하며 컴백한다.

지난 2006년 미국 진출을 위해 현지에서 앨범을 준비해온 세븐이 최근 귀국해 국내에서 3년만에 5집 앨범을 발표한다.

발표 소식이 나자마자 세븐의 미니홈피에는 컴백을 반기는 팬들의 축하인사가 쇄도하고 있다. 세븐은 국내에서 뿐만 아니라 일본에서도 동시에 앨범을 발매하며, 일본 활동도 재개한다.

세븐의 소속사인 YG엔터네인먼트 관계자는 “세븐의 새 앨범이 올해 중으로 발표될 것이다”라고 밝히며 “한국과 일본에서 동시 발매와 함께 활동 계획도 가지고 있다”고 밝혔다.

이 관계자는 또한 “세븐이 미국 활동을 접은 것은 아니다. 장기적인 안목으로 여유를 갖고 미국 시장에 본격적으로 나설 것이다”고 전했다.

한편 지난 2003년 ‘Just Listen'으로 데뷔한 세븐은 가수 겸 연기자로 활동하며 국내는 물론 일본에서도 큰 인기를 얻어 한류스타로 발돋움했다. 올해 3월에는 미국에서 싱글 ’Girls'를 발표하기도 했다.<깜뉴스>
