특히 이번 가요대전을 위해 빅뱅-동방신기, 비-이효리가 짝을 이뤄 만든 2편의 예고편이 눈길을 끌었다.

한편, 이효리, 박예진, 이천희가 당초 MC를 보기로 돼있었으나 이효리가 건강상의 문제로 빠지게 됨으로써 빅뱅의 대성이 자리를 대신할 예정이다.
