국내 최대의 남성 13인조 아이돌그룹 슈퍼주니어(이하 ‘슈주’)가 1년6개월여 만에 3집 앨범을 들고 무대로 복귀했다.

멤버별 소그룹 조직과 연기, 콘서트, 각종 예능 프로그램 출연 등 ‘따로 또 같이’ 형식의 전방위 활약을 펼치며 인기를 구축해온 이들은 새 앨범을 통해 한층 성숙한 모습을 보여주겠다는 각오로 다시 헤쳐 모였다.

앨범에는 타이틀곡 ‘소리, 소리(Sorry, Sorry)를 비롯해 댄스, 팝발라드, R&B 등 다양한 장르의 노래 12곡이 수록됐으며, 곡마다 ‘슈주’의 음악적 변신을 느낄 수 있도록 만들어졌다.

‘슈주’는 12일 인터뷰에서 “앨범을 내기 전에 밝고 버라이어티 이미지가 강해서 다소 걱정을 했다”면서 “막상 멤버들과 음반작업을 함께해 보니 각자 음악실력도 향상됐고 자신감도 넘쳐나 그런 우려는 기우에 그쳤다”고 전했다.
